A soothing after wax lotion is then applied to help calm the skin. As per the current health and safety regulations I wear disposable gloves for hygiene whilst waxing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AFTERCARE ADVICE FOLLOWING WAXING WITH SARA (07876680037) Please follow the following precautions for at least 24 hours after the treatment - or longer if the skin still feels sensitive. * Avoid touching the area and keep it clean. * No heat treatments, ie sunbathing, sun beds, saunas, steam room etc * No hot showers or baths - only lukewarm ones! * Refrain from using anti-perspirant, deodorant, or perfumed products to the treated area. * No tight clothing around the treated area. * No make up or self tanning products to be applied to the treated area * If the area is red (erythema) you can apply a soothing gel * If the redness continues for longer than 24 hours or if you have a reaction please consult your GP
